Project PERK UP: The Greater Upper Perkiomen Valley Economic Development Project

The landscape of our region is rapidly changing commercially, residentially and recreationally. In order to better prepare for these changes, The Greater Upper Perkiomen Valley (GUPV) Economic Development has developed project “Perk Up”. Perk Up was first visualized by the Legislative Affairs committee of the Upper Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce to create (with wide public involvement) a multi-year community economic development plan, with precise and achievable goals.
